As we do not personally oversee the fulfillment and shipping processes, there are several important factors to consider when placing an order with us. Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Except countries with legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your order. The fulfillment time is calculated in business days. It typically takes 2-5 business days for non-apparel products to be fulfilled.

Fulfillment time does not include the shipping time, which can vary. Combine them to get an idea of how long it takes an order to arrive. However, customers have noted fast turnarounds!

How are your products packaged for shipment?

Different products are uniquely packaged. Here's a rough idea of what you have to look for:

  • Poster prints are shipped in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.

  • Stickers and Magnets are shipped in small envelopes.

I ordered stickers/magnets and print posters in one order, but received half the order. Where's the other half of my order?

When placing an order that includes both prints and stickers or magnets, please be advised that these items may be shipped separately. You can expect to receive either two distinct emails or a single email containing two separate tracking numbers in your order confirmation. We recommend reviewing the information provided in these emails to stay informed about the status of your order. Thank you for your understanding.

I placed an order, but I haven't received it yet. What can I do?

For any inquiries or concerns, please reach out to us using the email contact provided at the bottom of the page. We will respond promptly to address your issue. Occasionally, there may be instances where vendor processing does not complete successfully between commerce accounts on our end, necessitating manual submission. Rest assured, we are here to assist you in resolving any such matters efficiently.

The product is showing that it's "Sold Out". Will they be restocked?

All stickers and poster prints are limited production, meaning that they won't get reprinted once they're sold out. Under special circumstances where a product is in high demand will it get another production run.
